About Entropia…

Entropy is the tendency of systems to move from order to disorder over time. My mission is to create systems that push back on this natural tendency that we see in the world around us and in our own lives and work.

I partner with individuals, educators, and leaders who are serious about meaningful improvement that lasts—not quick fixes. My work sits at the intersection of cognitive neuroscience, behavioral economics, and effective systems design, helping individuals and organizations to successfully integrate solutions that are authentic to who they are and what they need in that moment.

Too often, growth efforts fail not because of a lack of expertise, but because expectations are unclear, support is fragmented, and follow-through is unsustainable. I help schools and professionals build clarity, coherence, and accountability, without sacrificing trust, autonomy, or dignity.

Whether coaching individuals or supporting an organization-wide initiative, my approach is rigorous, relational, and results-oriented. Together, we establish a high bar, design the systems to reach it, and develop the habits and mindsets that make progress inevitable.

The result is not performative change, but durable improvement that shows up in daily practice and lasts long term.
