5-Week Life Systems Design Basics
Make this the year you follow through on your New Year’s resolutions.
Over the course of just five weeks, you will build a personalized master plan designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change. This experience is intentionally structured to address both the internal factors (identity, motivation, emotions, habits) and the external systems (environment, routines, support) that often derail progress.
Rather than relying on willpower or inspiration, you will learn how your brain, identity, and emotions interact—and how to design a plan that works with human behavior, not against it. Each week builds on the last, allowing time for reflection, application, and refinement so your plan is realistic, aligned, and sustainable.
Expect approximately 30 minutes of individual work between sessions to apply what you’re learning and prepare for the following week.
All sessions will be held live on Zoom; links will be sent via email.
Recordings will be provided if you are unable to attend live.
